Leasing Application FAQ:
1. A non-refundable application fee is $50.00 per adult applicant (ages 18 and above), to be paid at the time of application via your online portal that you will use to apply for the apartment.
2. The security deposit for a twelve month lease is a one-time fee of $250.00, to be paid after your application has been approved -- this can be paid through your online account that was used to apply.
3. Security deposit amount is subject to change (ranging between $250 and an entire month’s rent) based on credit, or rental history. The deposit is refundable if applicants are not approved, or upon moving out, based on condition of the apartment during vacate inspection.
4. For active and retired military, government or school personnel the security deposit is discounted to $100.
5. The monthly income required to qualify must be at least 3 times the monthly rent.
6. We accept cosigners for applicants that do not meet our income requirements. For a cosigner to be considered, they must be a VA, DC or MD resident, and the monthly income to qualify is 6 times the monthly rent. We cannot accept a cosigner for applicants with poor credit history.
