Said pool was gonna be open But never notified tenants there was not gonna be open. Parking lot is a little tight but there’s always parking Elevator goes out for long periods of time leaving only one Air conditioning was broken In the entire building however somehow the lobby happen to be cool

Public transport right outside the building, Grocery store 2 blocks away. 24 hour diner across the street. Rooftop pool in summer. Great for someone who works in DC.
